Return Policy

All sales are final. Unworn, unused and unwashed items with original tags attached may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. To request an exchange, please bring the item and your original receipt or proof of purchase to the POWERHOUSE front desk. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Returns are accepted only for items that are defective or damaged at the time of purchase. Defective items must be returned with proof of purchase and will be inspected by our team before a refund or replacement is issued. Items showing signs of wear, washing or misuse are not eligible.
