FAQs

What is Lagree?

Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact workout performed on a specialized machine called a Megaformer. It combines strength, endurance, cardio, balance, and flexibility into one efficient session.

How is Lagree different from Pilates?

While both are full-body, low-impact workouts, Pilates focuses on controlled movements, often mat-based or on reformers, while Lagree adds more intensity and resistance training for faster results. At our studio, both complement each other beautifully.

Do I need prior experience?

Not at all! Our classes are designed for all levels. Instructors provide modifications and progressions so you’ll always feel challenged, whether you’re a beginner or advanced.

How long are the classes?

Most classes are 45 minutes—short, effective, and results-driven. Please consult our Schedule for more information.

What should I bring to class?

Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene. We recommend water, a towel, and comfortable workout clothing. If you don’t have grip socks, they’re available for purchase at the studio.

How often should I take classes?

For best results, we recommend 3–4 sessions per week. Since Lagree and Pilates are low-impact, they can be done frequently without stressing the joints.

Do you offer memberships and drop-ins?

Yes! We offer flexible options—drop-in classes, multi-class packs, and unlimited memberships—so you can choose what fits your lifestyle best.

Please check out our PRICING page for complete information on our rates.

Can I book classes online?

Absolutely. In fact, we require all classes to be pre-booked online as our classes have limited spaces. Download our studio app or book directly through our website. You can reserve your spot, join waitlists, and manage your schedule all in one place.

What if I need to cancel?

We ask for at least 12 hours’ notice to avoid a late-cancel or no-show fee. This ensures fairness and opens up spots for other clients.

Do you offer private sessions?

Absolutely. Private and semi-private sessions are available for those who want personalized attention or are new to Lagree/Pilates.

Is it safe if I’m pregnant or recovering from an injury?

Always consult your doctor first. Many of our instructors are trained to offer modifications, but we’ll want to know your situation before class to ensure your workout is safe and effective.

Is there a minimum age to take a class?

We require all clients to be at least 14 years old. Clients under 18 require a parent/guardian signature on their waiver.

If you are under 18, please send us an inquiry first before booking a class.
